The Contact Center ng Bayan (CCB) received thru text message a request for assistance on December 3, 2018, for the release of his provident benefits claim:
“Help naman po kasi po until now hindi pa po na-encode ang aking provident claim sa Pag-IBIG Sorsogon branch. Nag 10 years po ako noong August 4, 2018. Sabi po mag submit daw po ako ng papers ko by October kasi late daw remittance ng DepED. Nag submit po ako October 9, 2018 pero pag follow up ko wala pa raw sa computer ang pangalan ko, hindi pa po encoded. Nag follow up po ako last Wednesday November 28, 2018. Ako mga po pala si Lalaine E. Golez, Department of Education, Sorsogon City Division. Nakipag ugnayan na po ako ang sabi po sa akin hindi pa po na post or hindi pa encoded ang papers ko. Pag follow up ko po si Mrs. Caguia ang nakausap ko. Nag submit po ako ng mga requirements ko.”
CCB referred the client’s concern to the Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) on December 5, 2018. On January 7, 2019, the CCB received this update:
“Madam/Sir thank you po sa help ninyo, nakuha ko na po ang aking pag ibig claims. Thanks po.”

The CCB received thru text message a request for assistance on November 21, 2018, for the release of Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) cash grants:
“Kami po ay myembro ng 4ps sa bayan ng Laoang, Northern Samar. Idinudulog ko ang aming hinaing sa 4ps dahil 1 1/2 years na hindi nabibigyan ng grant. Kami po ay 169 na hindi pa nakakatanggap samantalang ang iba updated ang pay out. Lahat naman ng mga requirements na hiningi ng DSWD ay binigay namin pero bakit up to now wala pa rin. Kami po ay dumulog na sa mayor pero wala pa rin aksyon. Ang idinudulog ko pong problema ay sa ahensya ng DSWD sa bayan ng Laoang Northern Samar. Inirereklamo naming si Mr. Alvin T. Maldos, Provincial Link of Northern Samar. Mula June 20
The information was discussed to barangay officials as provision of feedback to the complaint of Zenaida addressed to Provincial Link of Northern Samar Pantawid Pamilya, Alvin Maldos. It was made clear that the cause of non receipt had nothing to do with the program implementation but a matter of wrong pin and withdrawal attempts of non emv cards to other ATM machines. 17 up to November 2018 bilang ng taon at buwan na hindi pa kami nabibigyan ng grant.”
The concern was referred to the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) on November 21, 2018. On January 16, 2019, CCB received this update:
“yes mam/sir nareles na sa amin ang pinagamit sa amin ang old cash card dec,20 nakuha namin ang pera,pwd nman pala gmtn ang old cash,pinatagal pa,kung d pa kami nagreklamu sa ccb,d pa marreles, nagpapasalamt kami at tinulugan nyo kami, maraming salamat po sa tulong nyo kung d po kayo d pa nmin makkuha ang cash grant nmin.”

The CCB received an email requesting assistance on January 8, 2019, for the consolidation of her Pag-IBIG Fund records:
“Called PAG IBIG today to follow up my merging of records in order for me to avail my 10 years in service but it is still for approval. I have complied the documents and submitted it on August 2, 2018 and its now January 8, 2019. 4 months have passed and my request for merging is still on approval status. Does it take that long to merge my records due to difference of middle initial from letter "L'' which is supposed to be letter" I"?. I thought processing wouldnt take that long since we have the citizens charter. Hoping for a reply to my concern. Thanks so much.”
The concern was referred to the Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) on January 8, 2019. On January 22, 2019, CCB received an email from the client extending her appreciation for the assistance provided:
“Good day. It's such a great joy knowing that at last my transaction with the HDMF is now approved after a long wait. Thank you so much for your assistance and may God bless you all for your help and in all your endeavour. Thank you so much for your assistance and for the efficiency in doing transactions.”

The CCB received thru text message a request for assistance on January 15, 2019, for the release of his land titles:
“Ako po ay nag-process ng mga titulo sa Registry of Deeds ng General Santos City ng 9 na subdivided lots. Na-submit ko po ang kumpletong documents noong Agosto 13, 2018, hanggang ngayon ay hindi pa lumabas. Dapat isang buwan lang lalabas na. Linggo-linggo po akong nagpa- follow. Kapag hindi ka raw magbigay ng Php5,000.00 ay hintay ka lang daw kung kailan nila trabahuin. Enero 9, 2019 po ang last kong follow up, nag punta ako kanina pero hindi pa gumalaw.”
The concern was referred to the Land Registration Authority (LRA) on January 16, 2019. On January 22, 2019, CCB received this update:
“Marameng salamat po ccb,nakuha ko na po ang mga titulo sa r.o.d. ng gen santos city ngayun lang,ang reference code ko po ay irno228017.Thanks po ng marame,GOD BLESS po s inyo! Thanks you very much po.”

The CCB received thru text message a request for assistance on September 5, 2018, for the release of her husband’s death claim:
“Hihingi sana ako ng tulong sa inyo tungkol po ito sa death claim ng asawa ko. Two years after na po hindi ko pa natatanggap dahil po nag close account po ang ATM ko pero nag open account po ako ng bago at doon po pumapasok ang monthly pension. Iyong initial pension po ang hindi ko pa natatanggap at complete na rin po papers ko sa SSS Puerto Princesa, Palawan branch. Sana po matulungan ninyo ako. Pa balik balik na lang po ako sa SSS pero wala po silang masabing impormasyon kundi wala pa, lagi na lang ganoon. Kailangan ko na rin sana dahil marami po akong pinagkakautangan. Kagagaling ko lang po ngayon sa SSS pero ang sabi i-follow up lang daw, lagi na lang ganoon.”
The concern was referred to the Social Security System (SSS) on September 6, 2018. On January 28, 2019, CCB received a text message from the client extending her appreciation for the assistance provided:
“Magandang araw po, magpapasalamat po ako sa malakimg tulong na gimawa nyo para sa'kin nabayaran ko na mga utang ko at naging masaya ang pasko at bagong taon namin.sana marami pa kayong matulungan.mord power and GOD bless us all.”

The CCB received thru text message a request for assistance on January 9, 2019, for the release of his electronic Certificate Authorizing Registration (eCAR):
“Nag-file ako para sa pag-transfer sa lupa ng tatay at nanay ko. Sa BIR Maasin City, natapos na sa examiner at nabayaran ko na lahat noong April 20, 2018. Hangang ngayon hindi pa nila na-release ‘yung CAR. Ang sabi ni President Duterte matapos ang processing na bayaran, five days release na. Imbestigahan niyo po ito kung hindi magpadala ako ng sulat sa Malacañang Response. Ang sabi ni Ma’am Argentina T. Batistil, Examiner BIR Maasin City, follow up lang daw, nang nagkita kami ang sabi niya ay take time. Nagpunta ako sa Maasin City limang beses travel ng bus. Ang sabi ng CAR na si Sir Wilson ay tawag na lang. Tawag na ako ng tawag, nag-ring pero hindi naman sumasagot pati si Ma’am Tintin Argentina T. Batisti. Sana ma-investigate sila. Mahirapan ako magbalikbalik kasi may sakit ako, 7 days ako sa ICU, Heart Attack (Acute Cardiology Infarction) ang sakit ko. Hindi sila nakakaintindi sa akin, dapat maatake sana sila katulad sa akin. Sana ay maintindihan ninyo ako.”
The concern was referred to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) on January 10, 2019. On January 30, 2019, CCB received this update:
“Gd Pm Mam/Sir Na Received Kuna Ung CAR Sa BIR Nong Thursday Jan 24, Sa Maasin City Office, Mraming Slamat Sana Mrami Kayong Matulongan Hndi Ako Lang Mraming Slamat Magandang Gabi Sa N U Lahat.”
