The CCB and SSS Partnership From the Civil Service Commission’s Contact Center ng Bayan’s (CCB) humble beginnings way back in 2012, the Social Security System (SSS) has been an integral partner of the CCB in efficiently addressing public feedback on the quality and efficiency of government services. Since 2015 to 2020, the CCB referred approximately 9,500 plus concerns, lodged by the transacting public, on the SSS brand of delivering government services.
