The CCB and SSS Partnership From the Civil Service Commission’s Contact Center ng Bayan’s (CCB) humble beginnings way back in 2012, the Social Security System (SSS) has been an integral partner of the CCB in efficiently addressing public feedback on the quality and efficiency of government services. Since 2015 to 2020, the CCB referred approximately 9,500 plus concerns, lodged by the transacting public, on the SSS brand of delivering government services. Over the years, the SSS resolved 98.93% of these concerns and the public serve as witnesses to the improvement and evolution of the SSS brand of service delivery: Client Reference Number: 0244524 “Thank you to the SSS for taking the extra mile, may you continue to serve the people with utmost courtesy and diligence.” Philippine Social Security System
