In support of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte's call for continued public service delivery during the pandemic, the Contact Center ng Bayan (CCB) remained operational amid the COVID-19 crisis, receiving and acting on feedback from customers thru its text messaging service, email, website, and CSC Facebook page.

From January 2021 to June 2021, the CCB has acted on more than 120,000 transactions with a resolution rate of 99.77%.
