1. Social Security System - 1,389 total feedback (99.86% resolution rate)
2. Overseas Workers Welfare Administration - 706 (91.64%)
3. Bureau of Internal Revenue - 179 (99.44%)
4. Department of Education - 77 (89.61%)
5. Department of Social Welfare and Development - 58 (100%)
