Per client’s e-mail:

"Good day, this is about my still unissued GSIS UMID card which I applied for years ago. I did some research and also made a query at GSIS La Union branch regarding the same and they said that my UMID card is not yet available at their branch and as per their meeting with LBP Pasay, the cards are not yet ready. My point of concern here is what's taking it so long considering that the said UMID application has been made if I recall it right, on the year 2017 or 2018, that is more or less four years now. I humbly request for your assistance on this matter, thank you."

The CCB referred the matter to the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) and received a letter dated 9 August 2021 from the GSIS La Union Branch:

"Per coordination and verification from the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP), GSIS Pasay City Branch Office, your account is included in their list for the conversion of temporary cards to UMID EMV compliant card, which is still ongoing as of this date.

Rest assured that we are constantly coordinating with your servicing bank (LBP) to facilitate the immediate printing of your UMID card. We will communicate with you the soonest once your LBP UMID EMV compliant eCard is available and ready for pick up.”
