Have you tried reaching out to Contact Center ng Bayan (CCB) to ask for assistance in any of your government transactions or to report any anti-red tape violations?
In 2021, the CCB received the most number of transactions via email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.), followed by Facebook (via Messenger m.me/civilservicegovph), and SMS (0908-881-6565). Other access modes are Hotline 1-6565, walk-in, mail, and via 8888 referral.
Interesting trend: While we received most number of reports through SMS in 2019 (87,734), we observed a steady decline through 2021 (32,737). While we started with zero (0) on Facebook in 2019, the influx of reports came in 2020 (55,225) when we officially opened our official Facebook Messenger as a channel of CCB and the number of reports being received through this channel continuous to increase (86,818 by end of 2021). Email, on the other hand, has prevailed to be the most preferred mode of the public to report their government-related transactions in 2021 (91,768 out of 212,382).
What is your preferred channel to send a report to the Contact Center ng Bayan?
