During the first half of 2022, majority or 42.9% of the clients of the Contact Center ng Bayan (CCB) sent their feedback through the CSC’s official Facebook page at www.facebook.com/civilservicegovph. The next most popular channels preferred by clients are email (39.63%) and SMS (17.55%) sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. Meanwhile, 0.45% of client feedback on CSC services came from the Citizens’ Complaint Center Hotline 8888, which were endorsed to the CCB from the Office of the President. The CCB was commended for achieving a 97.55% resolution rate.
