𝗛𝗔𝗖𝗞 #𝟭: For citizens who lodged a concern with the Contact Center ng Bayan, you may check the real-time status of your concern through the 𝗖𝗖𝗕 𝗧𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝘂𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗯𝗼𝘅.

Step 1: Log on to www.contactcenterngbayan.gov.oh.
Step 2: On the right-hand side of the home page, look for the blue CCB Ticket Status search box.
Step 3: Input the reference number provided to you earlier by the CCB Agent.
Step 4: Read the status that appears on the bottom.
