The virtual conferment ceremony of the most prestigious award in government service will be aired on 15 November at 2 p.m. via the Radio Television Malacañang’s Facebook page (Radio Television Malacañang - RTVM) and YouTube channel (youtube.com/RTVmalacanang) and the Civil Service Commission’s Facebook page (Philippine Civil Service Commission) and YouTube channel (youtube.com/cscphmedia). This will also be aired on PTV 4.
An advertisement announcing the awardees will be published in the Daily Tribune on Monday, 15 November, pages 6 and 7.
