The Civil Service Commission (CSC) will conduct a Special Career Service Examination Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) on April 15, 2018 for government employees who want to apply for a permanent position, or for a promotion. The examination also includes those under job order and contract of service with government agencies to give them opportunity for possible absorption in the government service.
The special CSE-PPT will be simultaneously conducted in 13 regions. Testing centers are the following:

The CSC stressed that it will strictly enforce the “No I.D., No Exam” policy. Examinees must present a valid I.D. card in the examination day, preferably the same I.D. card presented during the filing of application. Click here for the list of valid I.D. cards accepted by the CSC.
Testing venues will be closed at exactly 7:30 a.m. and examinees who will arrive later than this time will not be admitted. Failure to take the examination on scheduled date shall mean forfeiture of examination fee and slot. Re-scheduling of examination date is not allowed.
Only black ball pens are allowed to be used during the examination. Pencils and any other kinds of pen (e.g. gel pen, sign pen, fountain pen, friction pen, etc.) including other colors of ball pen are prohibited.
The CSC also reminded the examinees to wear proper attire on examination day. Sleeveless shirt/blouse, short pants, and slippers are not allowed.
