The Contact Center ng Bayan (CCB) of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) awards the certificates of recognition to the Top 10 Partner Agencies with the highest resolution rates for complaints received in Fiscal Year 2022.
The Social Security System, Department of Foreign Affairs, Home Development Mutual Fund, Philippine Statistics Authority, Department of Social Welfare and Development, and Philippine National Police have a resolution rate of 100% for 2022, followed by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (98.08 percent), Department of Education (93.91 percent), Land Transportation Office (92.16 percent), and Land Registration Authority (84.62 percent).
Public Assistance and Information Office Director IV Maria Luisa Salonga-Agamata led the conferment of certificates to officials and representatives of agencies for being stalwart partners of the CCB in harnessing customer experience toward continuous improvement of public assistance.
